We begin by learning about you and understanding your landscape needs. This helps us create a memorable space just for you! We discuss your ideas, desires, construction budget and review our design process and fee structure.

Meetings can be at your property or over the phone, depending on your location. If you want to hire us, sign the agreement and we'll get started!
2ND STEP
LANDSCAPE SITE PLAN
We prepare a landscape site plan with you in mind. For locals, we come fly our drone to gather project information. If you're remote, we start with google earth or drawings you provide. Your videos and pictures assist with the design process. If your home isn't under construction, send us drawings from your home designer.

We draw ideas, then review and discuss. We understand it's not easy to visualize your landscape. That's why you hire us! Once you review the plan, we provide revisions to meet your needs, because we want your outdoor spaces to be memorable!

CONSTRUCTION PLANNING
Additional drawings are prepared to assist with construction. Based on your needs, drawings may include a planting plan, irrigation plan, grading plan, 3D rendering or other drawings.

We find you a qualified landscape contractor. Our bid form itemizes your landscape design. The bid form gives contractors concise details for bidding. You can feel at ease knowing that your project is bid using the same materials, quantities and design.
